If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, start by sending us an email about it. We take high pride in what we do and if anything is wrong, we'd like to help you out!


  • There are no refunds for any personolized handmade items.
  • If refunded, you will ONLY be refunded the money for materials used, not the work behind your item.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 
  • Customer will pay for shipping back to Sweden if refunded.
  • We will not be responsible for any inaccurate spellings on your order.
  • You are responsible as a client to make sure that the names and other information are correct.
  • Wiccawolfie is not responsible for any missuses of our products.
  • Wiccawolfie is copyrighted, if we find any of our items being second hand sold by another person, we have the right to contact the authorities.
  • If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us by sending an email to info@wiccawolfie.store.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties!

  • Names, both you and your pet.
  • Some personal information so that we can make the pendants as accurate to your needs as possible.
  • Contact information including email address.
  • Demographic information such as postcode, address for shipping and information relevant to customer surveys and offers .
  • Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites.
  • We work really hard to make sure all information on this website is accurate, up to date and correct, however occasionally there may be information that contains spelling errors, inaccuracies or outdated details. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions at any time without notice, even after your order has been placed.
  • By using this website and services you agree to not redistribute, reproduce, copy, sell or resell any part of our service, text, website or images unless expressed written permission has been granted by Wiccawolfie.
  • Items purchased from this website are for personal use only and should not be redistributed.
  • Every item is handmade and it is very important it is for personal use only.

Shipping.


Packages are shipped as soon as your order is finished. Depending on how big the order is, it usually takes about 2-4 weeks for your package to be finished and ready to ship.


The making process will start two days after you've placed your order, and this is because we want to give you some time if you want to change your order. For example, change an item, remove an item, change a crystal or a name.

Tracking.


Every package is sent with tracking that allows me to follow your package with an app on my phone. This is because Wicccawolfie has experienced dishonesty and theft when not sent with tracking. The app will tell me if the package was unable to be delivered by your door and it will tell me when you've recieved the package in your hands.


Lost packages will not be replaced and the best thing is to contact your post office/service if this happens. We get notified using an app when your package has been delivered.

Price.


Wiccawolfie has had a generous price on shipping before, and since Sweden charges by the weight of a package, so are we, to make it as fair as possible, both for us as creators and you as a client. The shipping price is still very generous, by almost 40% of the original prize that Swedish postal service charges.

We do not charge for the travels to the poast office.


PLEASE NOTE that everything is handmade and we have a "No waste" policy at Wiccawolfie. Prices on the items are carefully calculated from materials used to the hard work we put in.
